Squash Tour Planned
CN.Z. Press Association) PALMERSTON NORTH. New Zealand will send a squash team of four men, four women, and a manager to the Australian championships and inter-state series which will start at Brisbane on August 20. The main selection tournaments will be the Cousins Shield and Mitchell Cup series at Palmerston North and Ashburton on June 18: and North Island championships at North Shore (Takapuna) on July 2; South Island championships at Invercargill on July 9, and the New Zealand championships at Timaru on July 23. An Australian women’s team and a junior men’s team will be invited to tour New Zealand during the season.
