Publications Tribunal
Sir, —lf the editor of “Church and People” disagrees with a decision of the Indecent Publications Tribunal, he is perfectly entitled, under the terms of Clause 20 of the Indecent Publications Act, 1963, to submit a book for reconsideration. His published outburst over a recent tribunal decision merely excites a prurient interest in what is, to my mind, a rather indifferent book.—Yours, etc. GORDON TAIT. April 4, 1966.
