Epilepsy
Sir, —l agree with Varian J. Wilson in some of his remarks regarding epilepsy, but do not agree that there has been enough publicity regarding the disease. I found on a recent visit to the Christchurch Hospital that only five out of six nurses recognised the badge of the Epilepsy Association. 1 would like to state that from the time, about five years ago, when I purchased a badge from a chap at Whitcombe and Tombs, I have ceased to exist as far as this body is concerned. Perhaps it only assists Christchurch city residents who find themselves in difficulty.—Yours, etc. ’’ PERCY L. McMILLAN. Saltwater Creek, March 28, 1966.
