Because they lost only seven wickets in equalling Lancaster Park’s total of 200 in last week’s senior A knockout cricket match. High School Old Boys will go into the finals this Saturday.
Again all the matches will be played on Hagley Oval, the draw being:— Senior A.—H.5.0.8. v. Sydenham, Hagley 1; Lancaster Park v. West-University, Hagley 6. .senior 8.-St Albans v. Riccarton, Hagley 3: Old Collegians v. East-Shirley, Hagley 4.
