Record Sales For Month
Property listings last month, at 180, were the highest in any month since the Christchurch Multiple Listing Bureau was started eight years ago.
A record of 94 bureau members’ sales was established—and value of sales in the month was also a record £355,205. Sales in the 11 months this financial year total 712, against last year’s record of ftQQ
The bureau’s February statistics show the highest listing agent’s sale at £4950 for a Merivale house property. The sale of a Fendalton home for £15,000 was the best sale in conjunction.
