Owen Tudor Dead

One of Britain’s most noted racehorses, Owen Tudor, winner of the 1941 Derby, has died at Newmarket, Suffolk, at the age of 28. He also won a war-time St. Leger, the Ascot Gold Cup and three other top class races.
He sired some brilliant horses, including Tudor Minstrel, Abernant and Right Royal V.
