A. AND B. TRADING
Increase In Turn-over
Increased turn-over in the first six months of this trading year has been announced by Andrews and Beaven, Ltd., Christchurch-based manufacturing engineers, importers and distributors of agricultural and industrial machinery.
Works output is at a higher level' with outstanding orders at a peak, say directors. They describe trading results so far this year as satisfactory. Difficulties Likely
“There are, however, some signs that there will be difficult trading in the final six months. The inflationary tendencies noted in the latter part of 1965 have not diminished. ‘The current Government policies of restricting both finance and imports must affect the final results for 1965-66.”
A steady interim ordinary dividend of 4| per cent, for the six months to December 31, is payable on April 22; ex dividend April 18.
