U Thant At Westminster
The United Nations Secre-tary-General, U Thant, is expected to address members of both Houses of Parliament at Westminster Hall in London on April 28, an authoritative source said in London yesterday. No United Nations Secretary-General has yet addressed such a meeting. U Thant will be in London from April 26 to 29 to preside over a meeting of the United Nations Administrative Committee on Co-ordina-tion.—(London, March
