Mr J. Dale, of Melbourne, has beap appointed works director of Pacific Steel. Mr C. Anderson, director of operations, will shortly return to England after being seconded to the company for the last three years from Stewarts and Lloyds. Mr Dale has wide experience in rolling mill and electric furnace steel making and is a qualified engineer. He has worked for steel firms in Jarrow, England, Calcutta, Singapore and Melbourne.
