New Listing Agreement

WELLINGTON, March 22. The Stock Exchange Association has, over the last three years, been undertaking the massive task of requesting every listed company to resign an up-to-date' listing agreement and bring its articles of association into line with the association’s listing requirements.
To date 75 per cent of listed companies have signed. An answer will be sought from the remainder before May 31 signifying their willingness or otherwise to comply with modem stock exchange practice.
