BOSCAR HURT
"The Press” Special Service AUCKLAND.
There is a chance that Boscar will miss the Pukekohe One Thousand on Saturday. Yesterday morning at Takaninl Boscar worked boldly round on the sand, but on pulling up his trainer, J. L. Jenkins, found a nail imbedded in a foot.
Jenkins hopes the injury is not too bad, but it could force him to withdraw the gelding from his Franklin engagement.
