Three Injured When Car Overturns At Aylesbury

Three persons were injured when a car overturned at Aylesbury early on Sunday afternoon.

Pauline Bovill, of 7 Hei Hei road, was admitted to Princess Margaret Hospital suffering from concussion and abrasions to the leg. Graham Richard Wheal, of 19 Montana avenue, was admitted to the Christchurch Hospital suffering from lacerations to the right hand. Marian Alice Hill, of Downeys road, was admitted to Princess Margaret Hospital suffering from chest and internal injuries and abrasions to the legs.

Treated At Hospital.—Ronald Barnsley, of 12 Portchester street, was treated at the Christchurch Hospital for head injuries after two cars collided at the corner of Aidwins and Ferry roads about 4.35 a.m. on Saturday. Child Hit By Car.— When she was struck by a car outside her home about 12.10 p.m. on Sunday, Trudy Rebecca Wilson, of 46 Landy street, suffered concussion, abrasions to the head, arms and legs and a suspected fractured nose. She was admitted to the Christchurch Hospital.

Car Overturns.—When a car rolled over at Ashley on Saturday morning Donald Widderson, of 150 Kendal avenue, suffered head injuries. He was admitted to Princess Margaret Hospital. Car Rolls Over.—Five persons were injured when a car rolled over in Kainga road about 4 a.m. on Sunday. Head injuries were suffered by Keith Stenhouse, of 26 Havelock street, Wayne Sutton, of 36 Strowan road, and Cyril Le Lievre, of 187 Westminster street. Christine Apps, of the Royal Hotel, Oxford terrace, suffered arm injuries. Christine Ryan of the Royal Hotel, suffered head and leg injuries. They were treated at the Christchurch Hospital. Three Injured.—When two cars collided at the corner of Woodham and Kerrs roads about 1 a.m. on Sunday three persons were injured. Beverley Whall, of 2 Camden street, was admitted to the Christchurch Hospital, suffering from head injuries. Honey Ross, of 77 Rutland street, suffered leg injuries. Margaret Clark, of 26 Norwich street, suffered chest and arm injuries. They were treated at the Christchurch Hospital. Collision at Corner.—Chest and leg injuries were suffered by Ivy King, of 10 Barrie avenue, Papatoetoe, Auckland, when two cars collided at the corner of Ferry road and Barbadoes streets about 12.20 p.m. on Saturday. She was admitted to the Christchurch Hospital. Head Injuries. David Campbell, of 22 Croydon street, suffered head injuries when a car and a van collided at the corner of Tennyson and Beckenham streets about 6.30 p.m. on Saturday.

Admitted to Hospital.— After his motor-scooter and a car collided at the comer of Philpotts road and Ranger street, Anthony Zoon, of 32 Acheson avenue, was admitted to Princess Margaret Hospital suffering from head injuries.

Child Injured.—When his cycle and a car collided in Yaldhurst road outside his home about 5.15 p.m. on Saturday, Trevor Low, a child, of 413 Yaldhurst road, suffered minor head injuries. He was treated at the Christchurch Hospital. Arm Injuries. Robert Crumpton, of 187 Cranford street, was treated at the Christchurch Hospital for arm injuries after a motor-cycle on which he was a pillion passenger ran into the back of a car in Papanui road at the corner of Paparoa street.
