The property was offered on account of the estate of Mary Jane Kane by Mr D C. Sheppard. The house has three bedrooms, two living rooms, kitchen. bathroom and laundry. The rates are £22 14s 2d. A four-roomed bungalow iat 155 Rue Jolie. Akaroa, was passed in at £1750. The property was offered on account of the estate of Anna Brocherie. The auctioneer was Mr C. Robertson.
