Mr G. A. Holmes, until recently director of the Invermay Research Station, Mosgiel, has accepted an invitation to join the board of the South Otago Freezing Company, Ltd., in place Of Mr W. Bradfield, who has retired after 16 years’ service on the directorate.—(P.A.) Mr Kenneth McLaren Lilly has been appointed to the board of directors of K.D.VIndustries, Ltd.—(P.A.)
