Contract For Clay Fight
(N Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) CHICAGO. Yesterday the Illinois State Boxing Commission approved the contract for a world heavyweight title fight between Cassius Clay and Ernie Terrell in Chicago on March 29. Under the contract Clay will receive 50 per cent of the live gate, with a guarantee of 150,000 dollars minimum, and 50 per cent of closed circuit television proceeds with a minimum of 300,000 dollars.
