Coin Slots “Frozen”
(N.ZP.A.-Reuter—Copyright) STOCKHOLM, Feb. 9. Some motorists were taking unfair advantage of Stockholm’s current cold wave, reported a Highways Department spokesman. They were using water pistols to freeze over the coin slots of parking meters, he said.
