Vietnam Peace Pleas Made
(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright! LONDON, January 5. New pleas for peace in Vietnam came yesterday from the Pope and Mr Harold Wilson as China was reported to have summoned a number of ambassadors to Peking for a top-level conference. According to sources in New Delhi, the Chinese Ambassadors in Warsaw and Cairo, and the Charge d’Affaires in New Delhi and envoys from several other nations have gone to Peking.
