INJUNCTION ISSUED

WELLINGTON, Dec. 27.
An injunction preventing the Marcel Academy of Elegance from using the words “Academy of Elegance” was issued by Mr J. K. Patterson, S.M., in a reserved judgment in Lower Hutt. The injunction and £3OO damages was sought by the Academy of Elegance (Wellington), Ltd., the plaintiff, from K. Earle, trading as the Marcel Academy of Elegance. In addition to the injunction, the Magistrate awarded the plaintiff £2 nominal damages and costs.
