Revolver Missing
f.V Z. Press Association) WELLINGTC *l, Dec. 26. Police are still searching for a loaded revolver which was taken from a Manners street bank last Tuesday.
They fear that if the revolver is not found soon it may be used to commit a serious crime. Detectives believe the revolver was dropped near the entrance to the Taranaki street wharf. An intensive search failed to find the .38 Harrington and Richardson revolver, which contained three live rounds.
They believe a seaman may have picked up the revolver, which was wrapped in newspaper, and taken it aboard a ship docked nearby.
