PARIS, Dec, 23.
The European Space Vehicle Launcher Development Organisation has ended a three-day session in Paris by approving a 1966 budget of 86m dollars.
The new budget is for the initial-phase development of a three-stage European rocket capable of sending a satellite into orbit.
Rocket development will continue at Woomera, Australia. but new sites are under consideration for orbital satellites requiring equatorial launchings.
