(N.Z.P A -Reuter—Copyright) MOSCOW. A cyclist, Omari Pkhakadze. has been voted top Russian sportsman for 1965 by the Soviet Sportswriters’ Federation. This is the first time a cyclist has taken first place
Pkhakadze. a student from Tbilisi, became the first Soviet cyclist to win a world championship when he won the world sprint title in San Sebastian, Spain, in September.
