Promotion Of Lamb Sales
The manager of the Russley Hotel (Mr A. Tremain) will tour the United States and Canada for the New Zealand Meat Board for about six weeks from-April next year to promote sales of New Zealand lamb.
Mr Tremain, a consultant and culinary adviser to the board, will visit at least 12 North American cities, where he will make television appearances and take part in celebrity shows.
