WELLINGTON, Dec. 24.
The Palmerston North firm of Brick and Pipes, Ltd., which was recently taken over by General Finance, Ltd., Lower Hutt, has been sold to Manawatu Asphalts, Ltd., it has been announce’ A joint statement by the managing director of General Finance (Mr H. S. Fanning) and the managing director of Manawatu Asphalts (Mr A. R. McGreevy) says that Brick and Pipes, Ltd., will be run as a wholly owned subsidiary of Manawatu Ashphalts. The present staff is to be retained.
