Wounded In Throat
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Dec. 26. A young woman is recovering in Wellington Hospital after suffering throat wounds in an incident at Ngaio early on Saturday. Police have not released her name. The woman, who is 21, was reported to be in fair condition tonight. Police said a 22-year-old man was in hospital for observation, after the incident.
A Wellington photographer, Mr Hybert Sieben, has left for Bangkok and a one-month assignment in Thailand. He is taking with him a selection of New Zealand fashion garments which are already exported to Singapore and for which a New Zealand manufacturer hopes to find a market in Thailand.
