NO RADIOS AT PARK
By-law Now In Force
No radio receiving set or television set will be permitted at Lancaster Park in future without permission from the Victory Park Board, the park’s controlling body. A by-law to this effect has recently been approved and now carries the full force of law.
Anyone found breaking the by-law will be liable for a fine of up to £5 and the board intends to take proceedings against anyone committing such a breach. The board adopted the by-law under the Victory Park Board Act, 1919.
