JOINT STEEL VENTURE
Large Plant Envisaged (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON. Dec. 20. A. and G. Price, Ltd., of the CJ’.D. group, and Northern Steel Supplies, Ltd, have announced the merging of their structural and boilermaking trade interests in a new equally - owned company, which will trade as PriceNorsteel (Fabricators), Ltd. The new company will purchase and enlarge the modem workshops which are at present owned and operated by Northern Steel Supplies, Ltd. It will take over and transfer the boiler shop operations now conducted by A. and G. Price, Ltd, at Halsey street, Auckland. Plans envisage a large, comprehensive fabricating plant capable of doing the heaviest work called for in New Zealand.
