Nelson Wins Shield Nelson College won ‘The Press • Challenge Shield and the South Island Utle for IMS when the annual aecondarv schools' rISe shooting competition was held. The North Island Shield was won by Otahuhu Colle?oiithern Military District teams had most success, eight of the 12 competing shoots being included in the top 18 in New Zealand. Five of the nine Central District schools were included and Sve of the 12 northern schools had an average score in excess of M. The winning teams were:— Otahuho CoUeae.—S Bullen. L. Foster. G.
