Cottage Sold For £1400
A cottage on a section of 37 perches, zoned residential B. at 102 Waltham road, Waltham, was sold for £l4OO at public auction yesterday. The cottage, which has four rooms and a kitchenette, was offered on account of the estate of Annie Taylor by Mr N. H. McCrostie. Offered on account of the estate of J. F. H Carpenter, a bungalow at 17 Kauri street, Riccarton, was passed in at £6750. The auctioneer was Mr E. G. Keenan. The house has two reception rooms, kitchen, four bedrooms, balcony, bathroom, and laundry. Outbuildings on the section of one rood, 35.1 perches include a garage and a shed.
