PUBLIC NOTICE Is hereby given that pursuant to the Forest and Rural Fires Act. 1955. the Heathcote County Council has declared a closed fire season over the whole county as from December 21. 1965, till further notice, and during this period the lighting of all fires in the open is prohibited unless a prior permit I* obtained.
