Start your Christmas dinner with this appetising cocktail and serve It in small glasses with hot cheese straws, salted potato crisps, puffs or canapes. You will need: 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon tomato sauce 1 teaspoon Worcester sauce
2| cups canned tomato juice Pinch of salt and cayenne pepper 2 teaspoons castor sugar. Method.—Mix ail togradients together in a jug. Pour into a large screw-top jar. Chill and shake well before serving. This recipe makes enough for eight servings.
