(N Z.P.A.-Xeuter—Copyright) LONDON, Dec. 17. A 70-mile-an-hour speed limit on all Britain’s present unrestricted roads—including motorways—will come into force on December 22. The Transport Minister, Mr Tom Fraser, also announced a 30-mile-an-hour “advisory limit" on motorways in hasardous conditions such as fog.
