Hotel Appeals Deferred

(NJ. Pratt, Association) DUNEDIN, December 14. The appeals of Bertie George, licensee at the Prince of Wales Hotel, Dunedin, and Reginald Thompson, of the Clarendon Hotel, against the Licensing Control Commission’s decision cancelling their hotelkeepers* licences, will not be heard in the Supreme Court until February. The appeals, set down for hearing tomorrow, have now been taken off the current Supreme Court list and are expected to be heard the day before the new session begins on February 22.
