tN.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) ADELAIDE. The South Australian Jockey Club committee has cleared the New Zealand galloper Valuate to race in South Australia. It reached this decision after studying correspondence from the Australian Jockey Club, the ruling body in Sydney, and the Victorian Racing Club, the ruling body in Melbourne. The S.A.J.C. secretary, Mr F. W. Keen, said the committee decided that there was no impediment on Valuate meeting engagements In South Australia. Valuate—banned from racing in Sydney—was sent to Adelaide to be prepared for the Yalumba Port Adelaide Cup at Cheltenham on December 28, after being beaten in a photo finish for the Sandown Cup.
