Tamaki Glen Fancied Prospect For Thames

“The Press" Special Service AUCKLAND.

Tamaki Glen, which has had a win and two seconds from his last three starts, will be strongly fancied to win the Turua Handicap on the first night of the Thames Trotting Club’s meeting at Alexandra Park Raceway today. Misty Prince and Adios Dale have shown sound form lately and they might be the hardest for Tamaki Glen to beat.

The T A.B. double will be run on the President’s Handicap and the Summer Handicap. Some unsettled weather is forecast, but unless there is heavy rain the track will be in splendid order.
