Burglary, Then Assault
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, November 19. Joseph Henare, aged 25, a workman, who broke into a house then assaulted the constable who arrested him, was gaoled for 15 months by Mr Justice Richmond in the Supreme Court today. Henare appeared on remand for sentence on charges of burglary and aggravated assault
