Festival Lost £130,000
(N.Z. Press Assn. —Copyright; LONDON, Nov. 5. The British Commonwealth Relations Secretary (Mr Cledwyn Hughes) said today that the Commonwealth Arts Festival had shown a loss of at least £130,000.
