(N Z. Press Association> WELLINGTON, Nov. 3. The balloon brought to New Zealand by two Germans, Messrs J. Scheer and A. Schultz, flew from Newtown park to Gollans Valley today, a distance of 7 miles, in 50 minutes. The balloon carried three persons and was filled with 24,500 cubic feet of hydrogen
