Prosecution Of Ship’s Master
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Oct. 29. Decisions were awaited on three prosecutions of masters for bringing vessels with equipment specially adapted for smuggling into New Zealand waters, Mr G. V. Hubble told Mr J. R. Drummond, S.M. today. The Magistrate reserved his decision in a similar case against lain Kinghorn Mclntosh, master of the Knight Templar, until November 26. Mclntosh pleaded not guilty.
