Roller Skating.— Two of Britain’s leading professional roller skating coaches, Mr and Mrs J. A. Fanthorpe, of Tynemouth, are to live in Nelson. They will! arrive early in the new year.

Professional Final— The Australians. R. Laver and K. Rosewall, will meet in the final of the £5OOO professional tennis tournament at Durban. Laver beat E. Buchholz, 6-4. 8-6, and Rosewall beat A. Gimeno, 5-7, 8-6, 6-2.

Television Fight.— The world heavy-weight boxing championship between. Cassius Clay and Floyd Patterson, at Las Vegas, on November 22, will be televised live to Britain.
