The four-year total of .American combat deaths in Vietnam rose to 788 this week as the United States Defence Department identified 48 more senicemen killed in action. Twenty-five of them were Army men, 16 Marines, five from the Air Force, and two from the Navy. In addition, 10 missing Air Force pilots were identified. The weekly summary showed an increase of 118, to 4038, in the number of American wounded. The list of missing increased from 65 to 75, and the total known to have been captured from 20 to 21,
