MR T. H. MACKY (N.Z. Pres* Association) AUCKLAND, Oct. 11. Mr T. H. Macky, an original director of Brett Printing and Publishing Company Ltd., which became New Zealand Newspapers, Ltd., in 1929, has died in Auckland, aged 84. He was elected to the Brett board in 1929. When he left Auckland Grammar School he entered the clothing trade with his father in the firm that became known as Macky Ix>gan and Caldwell. He was manag-ing-director of this firm when in a re-organisation he took a similar position with the new Cambridge Clothing Company, Ltd.
Mr Macky retired as a director of the Cambridge Clothing Company earlier this year. He spent 70 years in the clothing trade.
