Refit For Launch

AUCKLAND, Sept. 13.
The fisheries protection launch Mako has been recommissioned after completing a three - month modernisation and refit. Lieutenant D. Wood and his crew, who transferred to the Paea while the Mako was under refit, have returned to the Mako, and the Paea has been returned to the operational reserve.
Another of the launches, Haku, commanded by Lieutenant G. C. Wright, has returned from patrolling the Foveaux Strait oyster grounds.
