Better U.A.R. Airports
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter) CAIRO.
The Civil Aviation Administration has devised a plan for improving air transport in the United Arab Republic. The plan, which will cost about £4m envisages improvement of the runways at Cairo airport and development of the Aswan airport to enable it to deal with large aircraft. The plan also provides for enlargement of the three airports which serve the cities of Luxor, Minia and Alexandria.
