HANDICAPPER APPOINTED
(N.Z. Press Association) PALMERSTON NORTH. Mr R. N. Bluett has been appointed handicapper for the Opunake Racing Club. The club’s next race meeting will be staged at Hawera next March. Mr Bluett, of Palmerston North, succeeds Mr A. V. O’Brien whose retirement was announced recently.
