Pensioner’s Purse Rifled
(N.Z. Press Association) HASTINGS, Sept. 1. An old age pensioner had her purse rifled while she was receiving attention after collapsing at the Women’s Rest in Russell street, Hastings. Mrs Annie Louise Richardson, Haumoana, left her handbag on a table in the Women’s Rest when she became ill. While she was being revived £ll 13s was stolen from a purse in her handbag.
