Dangerous Bears
“Do we have to wait until some kiddy is burnt to death? They cuddle these teddy bears without realising that they are dangerous,” Mr T. H. Boyle said at the Christchurch Metropolitan Fire Board last evening. He was commenting on a letter from the Urban Fire Authorities’ Association saying that a teddy bear sold widely in New Zealand was highly inflammable and could be dangerous to children.
