Anderson 2nd Fastest
(N.Z. Press Assn.—<Copyright) BELFAST, August 5. Hugh Anderson, of New Zealand recorded the second fastest time in the 125 c.c. practices yesterday for the Ulster Grand Prix world championship races, Associatde Press reported. Anderson, on a Suzuki, averaged 80.40 miles an hour.
