Harriers’ Captain
R. J. Stevens will captain the Canterbury senior harrier team which will compete in the New Zealand championships at Whangarei on Saturday. Miss A. Kennedy has been appointed captain of the women's team and A. Sim of the junior team. The appointments were announced at a meeting of the Canterbury Cross-country Running Management Committee. Mr J. Smart has been appointed manager of the teams and Mrs L. Overend as chaperone.
