Sir, —Since it appears, from the full-page advertisement in today’s issue of “The Press,” that the average family contains a drunkard, a psychopath, a criminal, and a potential juvenile delinquent, would it not be better to build the new prisons as asylums where the peaceful minority can take refuge from the hosts pf Midian?—Yours, D.
