Two Escapers From Borstal
(N.Z. Press Association) INVERCARGILL, July 23. Police are maintaining patrols and road blocks in search of two boys who escaped from Invercargill Borstal today. They are Neil Clifton Dickie and Reginald Daniel Samuels, both aged 16. They went missing from a working party in the grounds of the institution.
